Behind the Terminal lies an area of 300,000 sq.m., with basic infrastructure already in place, which is being developed as a business and industrial park to house businesses providing port services for incoming and outgoing freight.
Various support operations and services such as a ship-yard and plant and container maintenance workshops are planned as well as warehouses, depots, offices, car parks and fully-equipped customs sheds.
